MERRY CHRISTMAS!!

Ok, so I am posting this the day AFTER but hey ~ Merry Christmas anyway!

We had such a laid back day and I LOVED EVERY MINUTE OF IT! Nothing like staying in your jammies the majority of the day to be comfortable. Of course the day started at 6:30ish with Kayleigh(4) telling us to hurry and wake up. Umm...why? Oh right, there are presents under the tree downstairs. Did I mention we have given her the name Tigger (minus the tail)? She literally bounces when she wakes up and to this non-morning person ~ CHEERS! She knew that she couldn't open presents till everyone was awake so guess what Tigger did? Yup ~ woke everyone up! Kelsey wasn't impressed being eleven and wanting to sleep in but she relented and we had all gifts opened by 7:30.


And that was that. We brunched, played with toys, ate and went to bed.

Seriously!

Isn't it just simply beautiful to listen to children love each other and relax all day?

Sorry Max~ your dog toy was forgotten but I am glad you caught that rodent in the basement. Is that enough? Yeah~ I know he's a dog. Just glad that scurry thing is out of the downstairs. Two by two should not have been allowed on the ark!
